2009 Golf Outing
Celebrating 25 Years!
Dear Golfers and Sponsors,
Air Care & Mobile Care is excited to be celebrating 25 years of service in OUR community!
We invite you and your organization to join us on Tuesday, August 25, 2009, for the 2009 Air Care & Mobile Care Golf Tournament. The tournament is being held again this year at the challenging Elks Run Golf Course in Batavia Ohio. The net proceeds are designated for the Air Care & Mobile Care Education Fund. Registration begins at 0830 with a 1000 shotgun start. This exciting day will begin with coffee and donuts prior to the shotgun start, followed by a great assortment of beverages throughout the day. The day will wrap up with a great dinner, awards and as always, door prizes.
Elks Run is a course of strategy and skill, situated on 163 acres of lush rolling hills.
Elks Run Golf Course is a 6,833-yard championship course designed by Greg Norman that is both challenging and enjoyable to play. The course incorporates rolling; multi-tiered greens, several bunkers and a creek that comes into play on the back nine holes.
Currently we are looking for sponsors (see attached lists), door prizes or incentives to award our golfers. (Golf attire, trinkets, pens, humorous gifts, golf paraphernalia, etc) Anything you wish to donate would be greatly appreciated!
GOLFERS, please send your reservations in as soon as possible, spots are limited and foursomes will be filled on a first come first serve basis.
SPONSORS, please respond by August 7, 2009 to allow us time to properly recognize your company or organization.
