Celebrating over 25 years of excellence

Air Care & Mobile Care has provided the Greater Cincinnati area with advanced transport medicine for more than 25 years. In addition to providing air medical transport with the most clinically advanced crew and resources, we offer three levels of ground transport: Mobile Intensive Care, Advanced Life Support and Basic Life Support. We are also the only service in the region to be accredited in all four levels of medical transport by the Commission on Accreditation of Transport Services (CAMTS).

Comprehensive care at every level

Offering four levels of patient care, we are the most comprehensive air and ground medical transport program in the region. In addition to air transport, Air Care & Mobile Care offers the Greater Cincinnati community three levels of ground transport: Mobile Intensive Care, Advanced Life Support and Basic Life Support.

Air Care & Mobile Care is the only program in the region to carry an emergency physician on every flight and provide all three levels of ground transport. This full spectrum of transport services helps ensure that no matter how sick one of our patients may be, they will receive outstanding care specialized to their needs.

With Air Care & Mobile Care’s team of specially trained professionals, you can rest assured your patients are receiving the highest level of care. Our Air Care teams consist of flight nurses and emergency physicians.  The helicopters' highly experienced pilots and mechanics are provided by Metro Aviation, Inc. (FAA part 135 certificate held by Metro Aviation Inc.) Our three levels of mobile transport teams each include critical care nurses, transport paramedics and emergency medical technicians. In each individual case, we match patients’ needs and conditions with the most appropriate and efficient level of care and mode of transportation. Utilizing the appropriate level of care during a patient's transport has been shown to improve patient outcomes (Source).
